Camera Angles and Shots for mood and scene.
Extreme Wide Shot- Shows the setting or start of a new scene. Can be with or without the character in frame.
Wide Shot- Wide shot shows the character/s in setting. This shot will have the character/s from head to toe.
Medium Shot- Character/s torso and upwards, with scenery/setting in the background. This is to show the character/s movements.
Medium Close Up- Can have a few people in the frame from shoulders upwards. This is to show conversation and mood between characters.
Close Up- The frame may have 1-2 character/s in conversation with each other. This is used to show reaction between the characters and further the audiences knowledge of emotion in the scene.
